I’ve heard from a couple of folks that the bottom of the following page is being cut off. I’m pretty sure the issue may be related to IE because it displays perfectly in Safari, FF, and Chrome on my Mac:

If it is an IE issue, is there a work around?

I suspect that this is a construction/text size rendering issue.
You can simulate how windoze users will see your text (generally rendered slightly larger) by changing a couple of things in Safari.
In the View menu - select Zoom Text Only
Now looking at your page/design use Apple + to increase your text size.
See your text slide behind the footer.
If you use the RPL action or an inline layout you will be able to avoid this.
