First… I love FREEWAY PRO! Just thought I would add that in.
Does anyone know if there is a way that when a person starts the form their is a radio button and depending on what they choose the following questions adapt to his/her choice?
the situation.
I need to make a form for tennis players and a tournament. Some people will come to the form telling about the future match (day/time/opponents). Some will come to the form reporting the RESULTS of an already played match.
I was thinking of starting the form with s radio button like
-are you telling about a match
-are you reporting a winner
then whichever they choose would slightly adjust. I do not want to do 2 sep forms if not needed.
If this is not too easy I have another solution but was just wondering about the concept. Any other suggestions would be wonderful.
Thanks!

You could simple do this by making a landingspage and create two elegant
buttons: each one of them directs your viewer to the right form on the
right page.
Or set up your page with the most used form, copy your page and adjust the
form to your whishes. Make a button on the first page which leads your
visitor to the second form. But because the page is almost identical it
will feel as a change on the same page.
Ofcourse you can place a button on the second which directs to the first
form.

basically switching the display property for the item id. Crude, but effective.
Validating forms elements that depend on user interaction would likely be nightmarish so best if you put a lot of thought into the kinds of demands your form will require beforehand-- it may be that two forms would be less complicated.
