[Pro] Jotform in popup window

I have created a Jotform mailing list registration that shows up as a pop-up window using scriptylightbox3, the problem I am having is when you choose submit on the form it goes to a new window for the thank you message. Is there anyway to get the thank you page to show up in the same pop-up window that the form was in?

If you remove this line (probably added through Page / HTML Markup; or possibly through the Page Inspector) then it should work the way you expect.

<base target="Parent Frame _parent">

The default target for a form is _self, which should reload the form result in the same iframe that originally held the form. Setting this to _parent means that it will break out of the iframe (or any other frame) when submitted.

Also, you have a typo in your “success” page. Look carefully.

I changed all page inspector options to _self for the home page, the mailing list signup page and the thank you page and I am still getting the thank you page outside of the pop-up screen, it is now loading in the original page rather than the pop-up.

Here is the script for the jotform:

Ok I got it to work by going into jotforms and choosing
‘Thank You message
After form submission, show a message’

option for the Thank You message

as well as using your direction to choose _self under page inspector.

btw I must be out of it, i cannot find my typo in the success page for the life of me !!

That seems to be a different success page than the one I just saw. And I am still seeing the tag in your live page. Have you updated yet?

I just updated now, it will be a different thank you screen now since it is one I have to create on jotform website so I suppose I don’t have to worry about the typo now.
