[Pro] Link a PDF

I am trying to have PDF link on my page, I have a text box that descibes item that is for sale, and I want to create 2 buttons to click one for a gallery, and the other for a PDF of the manufacturers spec, I have gone through the routine as per the tutorial, but cannot get it to work, I have tried with the pdf file in the media file, the resource file, and also by loading the pdf in to the FTP on the server, direct in to the remote resources file, but it will not work.
I have even tried by using an external hyperlink to
www.mywebname/resources/filename.pdf, but still nothing, has anybody else had this problem, I have created a text box around the page, so that I can have a different colour web page to the background, is the problem that I am trying to do this within a text box

Links are links, no matter what they point to. It is possible that
your link is hiding underneath another layer on you page. That’s about
the only way that a link can go dead like you describe. Can you post a
link here to the page in question? It should be easy to figure out.
Have you tried using the Link to PDF or Image Link to PDF Action?
Those allow you to create a link to a PDF and upload the file in one
stroke.

Thanks I managed to work it out, as you said it hiding, so all working now.

I have another question, do you know how to add a new font, I want to use a font that is not available in the set up that you get with Freeway.

Be cautious about adding Fonts that will not be available on your visitor’s computer without providing a fallback that will still look sensible if they don’t have it.

I think DanJ has a screen cast about creating font sets.
