NOT a PRO, don’t write code or know it, looking for “simple” cure.
Facebook used to post a preview image of my web pages when I’d post a link, no longer. They now require a title meta tag - done, a description meta tag - done, and this code <link rel=“image_src” href=“thumbnail_image” / > that links to a thumbnail.
Called Freeway, they suggested trying html markup, but Facebooks “strips” markup.
What Softpress means is that you should use the Page / HTML Markup
dialog to add this tag to your page, and publish that page to the Web.
Figure out what the URL is to your thumbnail image, and then open
Page / HTML Markup. Use the picker at the bottom left of the dialog to
change to the Before /HEAD section, and add your code there. It will
probably look something like:
That way it becomes a part of your site, browsers will ignore it, and
Facebook will read it and do something with it.

Can you post a link to your problem page and we can have a look - if you use the format http://www.yoursite.com/yourpage.html - it will be a clickable link or just copy/paste the link from your browsers address bar
