How do you create a Internal Hyperlink with freeway?

Again not exactly what you are looking for here but if you want to link to another page within your site then select your link text and use the Hyperlink picker at the bottom of the FW document window.
It should say ‘No Link’ but when you click on it you can select any page in your FW doc.

Or are you trying to link to another section of the same page?
If this is the case then you need to create an ‘Anchor’
Select some text (or a graphic) that you want to link to and Edit>Anchor
Give it a meaningful name ‘top’ ‘next’ etc.
Then in the Hyperlink Picker at the bottom of the page (once you have selected the text, or graphic that you want to link from) - choose ‘This Page’ and you will see a list of all the anchors on that page that are available to link to.
