Is there any way to display those little circle thumbnails, that are now popular, in a showcase slideshow? So that when you click on one of the circles you are shown the relevant slide? For example, the slideshow on apple’s website: http://www.apple.com/ – where the active slide has a different thumbnail circle displaying.
This could be done with a little snippet of CSS3 (older browsers will still see the square icons). If you will add the slideshow to a page and post the link here, I can cook some up for you that will do the trick.
They are on nearly every page. Nothing fancy, just simple graphics. I appreciate your help. But I’d be even more grateful, if I can learn to do this on my own for the future.
I’m sorry. There aren’t any icons that need to be rounded. I apologize for not stating my needs more clearly. I need to generate such circles (like on the apple.com site under the slides, so that a user can click on the circle to go to the relevant slide, with the active slide being hollow). I’ve seen this on many sites, but I don’t know how it’s done, particularly in Freeway Pro, when the slideshow has been generated in Showcase.

Then it is just graphic text, a png. You can make it in Illustrator,
Photoshop, or many similar apps. If you have a font with that symbol, I
think you can make it within Freeway Pro.
I’m not sure how you add those to a Showcase, but you can make them for your Carousel animations.

If you take another look at that link, I just added a carousel that auto-spins until you click on one of the buttons, just like the Apple one. In the process, I figured out an easier way* to make “circular” carousels, which will probably find its way into the Carousel 2 Action at some point soon. Much simpler, no cloning required.

I think Roman means the little circle dots below the carousel. Those are just made with CSS – no images were harmed.
