Is it me or does anyone else feel that Photoshop should banned for use with logo design?
I now have two clients who have provided me with logos designed by a local printer’s art department. whose designers tend to use every bell and whistle Photoshop has to offer just to piss me off.
LOL
Seriously though, I love new designers. I just wish they’d learn that less is more earlier in life.

I remember going though that stage:
“Oh, cool! Program X can do effect Y? Let’s use it on this design!”
“Oh, cool! That is an awesome looking background image! I’m sure I can fit in in somewhere.”
“Oh, cool! That is a spectacular…”
You get the idea, I was a sad designer and probably would have caused you headaches!
