I have lost my initial Freeway site build file due to a crashed computer. Thought I had backup on external disk but can’t locate it. I have ftp’d my html files from my site server to my local computer. My question: is there anyway that I can import these html files back into Freeway Pro or do I just have to start building the site again from scratch.
Sorry for the newbie question but got no response from Freeway support folks for some reason.

You can try the HTML Import feature - it can’t hurt - it might save you some time, but be warned: it blows. You may find it easier to rebuild it from scratch.

Thought that I would probably have to start over.
Don’t know what Time Machine backup did with my files - disk is not full. Oh well.
Not tried any rescue. Machine fried. Site not that big. Easier to just start over, will just chalk it up to a learning experience.

Learned this already - burn a copy to a DVD.
I was looking through a small external drive that we hardly use and found a Freeway.bak file that turned out to be my site build files and they are about 80% current. So I can recover will minimal effort now. Guess I backed up to this file as a safety measure and forget about it.
