Hello,

I am having trouble pasting MailChimp’s code into my site. I’ve read and tried previous fix for this but it didn’t seen to work for me. Information for existing FreewayTalk / Groups.io users - Site Feedback - Softpress Talk

Pasting the code into a markup item works but the fonts, sizes and colors are not what I need. How can I adjust the code to match my site?

Here is the current code:

How can I adjust the code to match my site?

Post a link to your online example and tell us how you want it to look. Then one of us will help you with some CSS to get you there.

BTW that background image is over 11Mb - far too big!

Thanks Dave. I need the email box larger and the get invited button also larger. I’ve upload a sample text box and button so you can see what I’m thinking. Can you please also advise me the best way to reduce the background image?

For a start your current image is 3400 x 2267px - there aren’t many monitors that come close to that size!

Start by reducing the overall dimensions and then you can optimise the image to reduce the file size. You can get this image down to just over 120kb by opening it in Preview, reduce the resolution and Export the file with a reduced Quality value and the output file size will be displayed below the Quality slider.
