The single stationary graphic here at the top of this page shows up fine in browser preview, shows OK in the resources list, shows up as present on the server - but becomes a “?” when live on the site.
The name/ID is - Founderspic - it’s a 960x643 JPG with the actual name of Founders_pic.jpg
The only thing I can think is it’s conflicting with another element on the page. I can start deleting things and see, but it would be guesses. 
I would prefer to find out whats going on and learn something.
