I have pages that have “Use Master Children” checked and greyed out in the inspector window. I don’t know how this happend as other pages do not have it checked. How can I ungrey and uncheck this? All pages are based the same master page.

Use Master Children is the default setting - it just means that you haven’t deleted any child items that come from a master page.
If you draw a box on a master page and delete it from one of the site pages, Use Master Children will be unchecked, and you can check it to bring the item back. If you haven’t deleted any items that come from a master page, there’s nothing that Use Master Children can usefully do, except tell you that you haven’t deleted any items.
