Freeway Manual: PAGE 239 Left hand column.
I met this “calculation” last week and thought ok I will come back to it later. Well I came back and no matter what mathematical contortions I pull and what CSS spaghetti rules I look for hidden in the Box model format I can not see where the calculations come from in the paragraph below that dialogue box. The whole explanation is lacking in informative dialogue. I will be Very surprised if I am that stupid. Please someone put me out of my torment. Because this maddens me right now…and my patience is limited to complexities that deserve to be complex…
