Alright thanks again for all your help/time. I have submitted a ticket with Softpress. They are usually great at helping. Will revert back with whatever fixes it in case someone crosses it in the future.

I love Softpress support… Sent them my file, they basically told me I had the wrong interpretation of how responsive design works along with the mobile re-direct action which was pre-responsive being available. I have some work to do as I have to go back to the drawing board but things are much clearer. Great company to deal with!
