Function of the menu strip:
By a click on an arrow (badge) a side strip should appear with the menu overview where the side links are selectable.
A renewed one press to the side strip it steals against

With the rollover tool I get the effect but not correct ,the side bar is not moving back.

I am shocked that this page works at all!
Not only are you using the script/protaculous and jQuery libraries but you have over 40Mb of image files.
Do yourself a favour and shrink those big images down to something more manageable - I would suggest less than 300k each. Change your file names so that there are no space characters or any other punctuation in your file names. Stick to _ underscores and - hyphens and alphanumerics (A-Z, a-z and 0-9)
Cut the page down to just the essentials so that we can see what your menu is supposed to do and then we can take it from there.

It was making before I went to work.
However,the photos size are smaller.
