[Pro] Meta Plus Action

I’ve added the Meta Plus Action to my website and I’m confused by some of the information that can be included in this action such as: TITLE which gives me a warning that it needs to be between 50 & 80 characters long - at that point, it can suffice as both the TITLE and the DESCRIPTION, can it not? And should the TITLE be the same as the TITLE of the page in the Inspector window? Also what information is to be included in the CUSTOM TAG – NAME and VALUE?

What I do is use the title in the inspector for the URL I.e index, about-us, job-vacancies etc. it makes it easy to navigate fw pages. Then use the meta plus action for all the SEO areas.

Title and description are different and should not be the same content - read this for more help:
