[Pro] missing wallpaper and one picture

I have one picture and my wallpaper that will not appear once I publish my site.
When I preview in Freeway, everything is there. When I download I see the files being sent.
The server is telling me it’s a “code” issue. I don’t think so. Anyone have any ideas?
