Assuming that ‘Mkdir’ is really ‘mkdir’ and the capitalisation is a feature
of your emailer, it’s an ISP problem. They’re not likely to talk to you
properly if you’ve only tried the FW upload to make that directory, so grab
a third party FTP client, or use the ‘ftp’ command in Terminal if you’re up
for it, and try to make that directory manually. If that doesn’t work, call
your server ISP as you’ve now got two methods that don’t work.
