I’m often having problems getting the moo slimbox action to work properly. Either the first image won’t come up (spinning time symbol) or the additional images aren’t listed or available. Does anyone have tips or ideas as to make the action work more effectively?

Are you using Moo on a page that also has any of the ‘native’ script/protaculous based actions on it (built in to FW)?
If so then there may well be conflicts between the 2 javascript libraries. Best not to mix these on the same FW page.
If you are not sure then post a link to your page(s) and we can have a look for you.

Try to make sure all pages (main one+the one moo should open) are in the same folder. I solved a similar situation this way.

(the link doesn’t work any more, I had to remove my “eau-de-parfums” subfolder.
