every time you load another page, the flash-file will load again - its flickering and looses its last status …
i could solve this problem with a frameset, one frame for the navigation with the flash file, one for the main content page. but i do not prefer framesets!
is there any workaround? can i force flash to load only once?
Using Flash for navigation is like making a steering wheel out of Jell-
o. You’ve taken the most important part of your site/car and built it
from a less-than-solid material.
Flash cannot be seen by most mobile devices. Flash links cannot be
followed by Google. Unless you ALSO provide HTML links to completely
duplicate the Flash links, you have just shot a large hole in your
online strategy. With a shotgun.
Start from the premise that you want your site to be usable and you
want it to be found. Then layer the visual goodies on top of that.
What precisely is your Flash navigation widget offering you that, say,
the CSS Menu Action does not?
it’s really not my favourite thing to combine freeway’s html pages with flash (and more less with navigation-functions!) but i have no idea to create a glider in a css-menue (or javyscript or …).
the glider is a basic idea/wish of the client, because this little glider demonstrate very accurate the movement and function of his new linear-drives/engines.
You see a way to do this with other techniques/scripts?

ps. the flash-links are only demo and should been replaced by html
