Am I mistaken or did softpress just update Freeway Pro to 5.6.3 and Showcase to 1.1.1? If so, what changes were made?

I found this interesting:
Resources that begin with a capital letter are not reuploaded every time
I think I know what this means, but would somebody please clarify it for me and explain why a Freeway Pro user wouldn’t want certain resources to upload every time.

Freeway is normally very careful to only upload files that are actually different than their counterparts already on the server. Especially for large files like movies and PDFs, this can be a real pain if you make a tiny change to the layout on one page and every other file in the site ponderously uploads again. The bug here was that apparently if you named your file MyGiantMovie.mov instead of myGiantMovie.mov, it would go for a joy-ride every time you uploaded.
