[Pro] News Cycle issue

Hey guys,

I just need some help with the Newscycle action, I have set it up I believe as required, however I cannot find how to choose the data source for the action. In the action box I select the tab that says Data Source, but I can’t change it from none.

I’m fairly new to Freeway so if someone could help me it would be greatly appreciated.

Make sure that your source element has its Layer checkbox ticked in the Inspector. If the rest of your layout is table-based, that should be fine, but your news source item must be a layer or there’s no way to target it directly.

Thats all it was, I had not ticked the layer box for the source…
