The biggest problem, and the reason for needing multiple undos is, that people abuse Freeway as the all-in-one tool for creating web-projects.
So they:
- Take the inventory
- Do the research
- Design
- Author
- Create materials and stuff
- Adjust and Crop images
- Structure and grid
###all in Freeway.
Especially the DesignProcess requires hundreds of undos - for sure.
So Freeway is the “Adobe Range” in one tool for those which is simply the wrong attitude. That’s by the way the reason why I say:
####A template can’t work ever!
Once done the above list like a flying-pilot (with a check behind each step) and THEN hit CMD-N in Freeway, I promise you won’t miss any undo anymore.
WebDesign is a highly professional job requires a lot of disciplines - Freeway is just a (pretty) small link in this chain. That’s the difference between craftsmanship and casual amateurs.
In my current workflow, I’d say, that the project requires one week to finalize - 4 days the above list and in a single day the code (Freeway) work.
Cheers
