Have a look at phpjabbers.com - they offer many scripts that can do this. http://www.phpjabbers.com/php-scripts.php
With the interactivity that your example offers you need something working on the server to execute it all. FW cannot do it on its own.

You may well find a free script out there for this - try sites like hotscripts.com
How hard? That will depend on the script you choose - however one that you pay something for is far more likely to have better support.

We haven’t signed anything yet, and I don’t have to use freeway,can have my programer do this as something but didn’t want to get him involved if i didn’t have to.

We would need to see a specific script first, however the principles are pretty much the same.
Main areas are:
Adding code via Page>Html Markup and probably links to css/js files
Inserting Markup Items in the FW page

First find yourself a script that you like - digest the instructions.
There are hundreds out there - here is another site to look at Booking Plugins, Code & Scripts | CodeCanyon
Click on my name at the top of any of my posts on FWT and you will find my contact details but the key is to find a script you like the look of first and then there are several folk here that can offer help/advice.
