Hello,
I am losing my mind here, please help.
I am wanting to have thumbnails on my site and when they are clicked I would like a large version of that image to open over the same page instead of having to load another page containing the image.
Does anyone know how this can be done. I don’t even know the name for it which is making searching for a solution rather tricky.

I am using Pic in new Window action : highlight thumbnail (must be a graphic) Under menu item Items at the top of the screen select actions and then Pic in new window.

thank you for your reply. unfortunately it is not what I am looking for. That opens a new window. What i am looking for is opening a larger image floating withing the same window. As illustrated if you click any of the images here…

What exactly are you trying to achieve - there may be another solution if you have specific requirements. There is also ScriptyLightbox2

I tried ScriptyLightbox2 and it does what I wanted just no options for then going to next image in the sequence from that window and no options to change the look of the box. It should do for now though, thank you.

That is why I asked about specific requirements.
It does help if you spell out exactly what you are trying to achieve (or provide a link to an example). You know what you want. We have to guess unless you tell us.
As it happens you can change the look of the box but with CSS rather than have tick box options in the action.
