[Pro] Open link, then show hidden layer

On my home page I have “quick links”. If rolled over or clicked layer shows up with the links to other pages.

I would like to ad link which will open the “Mountain” link and show layer with “current weather”.

Now visitor must click the Mountain link then the weather link.

I would like to send them to “mountain” link and the same time when he arrives to show the layer with “current weather” without the visitor clicking the weather link.

Is there something you can embed in the URL?
