When opening Freeway, I frequently use the helpful shortcut Command-Shift-H to open the Inspector and Colour windows. Can I modify this command to also open the Action window at the same time?

If you Quit FW with your action window open then FW will ‘remember’ and display it when it you restart FW and when using Command-Shift-H.
There are some Utilities that can modify shortcuts - but I have never used one.
You can also add Application specific shortcuts in the OS - here is an article

Hello Dave. You might remember I broached this topic some months ago, trying to get these palates open without having quit Freeway earlier. I normally work with Inspector, Actions, and Styles and Colors palates open. However, when I open and use Command-Shift-H (which I do often), only the Inspector and Styles and Colors palates open. Some obvious discrimination here! I have checked keyboard shortcuts, but there seems no option for combinations. And if I set Command-Shift-H for the three palates separately, only the first is activated. Cheers,
