[Pro] page wrapper

Been reverse engineering some of the these Responsive sites that come with fw pro and noticed the “Page Wrapper” around the whole page. Wondering how is it created and how are the different sections arecreated.

I ask this because my test page is responsive but when viewing on a smaller device the pages can be moved right. I want them only to be scrollable up and down.

Looks like item3 (your nav container) has a fixed width of 900px
