[Pro] pages order

Hi everyone, my first post here, though I have been using Freeway for years. I only design my own site and a few friends’ so not a professional designer.
My main site is quite large in its number of pages. I have searched to see whether there is a method of putting all the pages in (alphabetical) order, as it takes me ages to (find the page to) link to the page I need, when I create a new page that links to an existing one.
Is there a way to order the pages? They seem quite erratic in their placement when I create a new one.
It seems such a basic thing to want to do.
Thanks in anticipation.

Hi Catherine,

If you are talking about your page order in Freeway Pro’s working view -
that Site view pane which shows your pages like a list on the left side -
that is totally drag and drop.

Why not post a link to your site, share what you’ve done with the rest of
us?

Best,

Ernie Simpson

Thanks I know that is possible, I just hoped that there was a way to auto organise it, as there are so many pages. I’ll do it! I’ll drag them all around …

www.oxfordpainclinic.com

I’d love feedback on it, I know there are some parts that need a bit more polish. I learn as I go along (and then I forget and have to learn again!)

Well okay, then you may also know that items in the Site pane can be
colored by right-clicking (control-clicking) them, just like in Finder
windows.

Thanks for reminding me, I think I did know that (in relation to in the old days knowing whether you had uploaded them?) but I’d forgotten it!
