[Pro] Passing on a client

Hi

The design company where I’ve been freelancing for a while is beginning to wind down on operations, and we’re looking to pass on a client and their web site.

We’ve got a busy plumbing/electrical fitting company whose web site we designed a couple of years ago. It’s nothing complicated as far as sites go. The client isn’t particularly fussy or needy, or after continual updates.

The client wants to update it a bit, add a gallery and so on. We want to move on, so we’re happy to put this client in touch with a Freewayer in the southern half of the UK (or further afield if required).

Reply to this thread, or contact me directly off list for more information.

Thanks

Heather

Hi Heather

I’m based in Nottingham, which may be too far away for your clients (it shouldn’t really make any difference). However, if they are agreeable, I will take on the work on their site. I realise you may feel you have a duty to find someone good enough to do the work. I can only refer you to a couple of sites I recently did:

http://www.amanzi.org.uk

http://thestrategictaxpartnership.com (as yet a only holding page)

I am a graphics professional with 25 years experience, only recently gone freelance (2008).

If you could post the URL of the website in question, I could have a look at what is involved.

If you need any more information, please get in touch.
