Any reason why this doesn’t work anymore?

Its set up to link to a folder but it does nothing when I hit submit?

Hi Justin,
I’m uncertain how this became broken but you can fix it by giving the form a name attribute of pswdform.

Go to Page > Form Set up… and select Extended Form. Press the New… button and enter;
name: name
value: pswdform

OK your way back to the document and try the form again. It should now work as expected.
