OK. I just realized that you can export an InDesign file that has Flash page flip attributes as a .swf file from InDesign.

This generates an .html file and .swf file that work together. But, I’ve tried importing this .swf file into Freeway, but it just doesn’t work. I don’t want it to Play, because it will just go flying through the pages. And if I turn off Play, it doesn’t work at all.

I want the user to be able to click on the corners of the pages to make them flip.

Here’s a test I did that has the .html and .swf file generated from InDesign. This is how I’d like it to work in Freeway.

I suppose to get fancy and add butons in things takes some Flash knowledge…which I don’t have.

I figured it out. I had to export from Indesign without exporting an .html file to go with it. Just export the .swf file.

So, for those of you that have InDesign, you can make a page flipping online book.
