[Pro] PHP Asterisk and Submit Rollover Issue

Interesting behavior with red asterisks in the PHP easiForm - see link.

When I type these in and leave them the default color of black, no issue, but as soon as I apply a color, I get the <.current>* that you can see in the link.

Any ideas why this is happening and what I can do to stop it?

Also, I am having trouble getting the rollover action on my Submit button to work. I have applied the Submit Image Rollover action to this, but to no avail.

Any advice on how to get the rollover working on these Submit buttons would be much appreciated.

Thanks,

Aaron

Not seeing it - but they aren’t red either. Usually caused by applying a style incorrectly (.current)

I would advise against using an Image as a Submit button for accessibility reasons.

Yeah, I probably already changed the asterisks back to plain black by the time you looked at it, but Walter described it as a FWP glitch having to do with Tag-only styles.

Regarding the button, I simply used the Buttons action to create the button. I did not bring in an image for it. The only reason I used the Submit Image Rollover action is because the standard Rollover action didn’t work either for me with the button on the PHP page (it works fine on the same button action on an HTML page) and I was grasping at straws as to a possible work-around.

Should the simple rollover work with a Button? If so, I will start over with the buttons and see if I can make it work…
