[Pro] PHP contact form email response

I’m using the Freeway PHP Form Action with GoDaddy as the host for the website. The action works perfectly but I get several lines of information in the resulting email (one is my Google Adsense Pub #). Is there anything I can remove this stuff from the email I receive from the form? Following is an example of what I’d like to eliminate:

oe: ISO-8859-1

Can you post a link to your page with the form on it?

I suspect that you will need to apply the action to the form container rather than the page itself.

Actually I just resolved it with your suggestion. I applied the action to the form container and it works perfectly. Thanks For your help!
