[Pro] Php Feedback form and Mail Chimp form

I have a Mail Chimp sign up form on a website for subscribing to a newsletter. and a Php Feedback form for regular contact. I noticed that the Mail Chimp form was not working being that both forms are on the same page. I added the Multiple form action to the Php Feedback form and that solved the Mail Chimp issue, but my feedback form doesn’t work.

Any insight is appreciated.

I’m having trouble with my PHP Easibase forms as they are written for PHP 4.0 and my web hosts have moved to PHP 7.0. If you are using the same easibase forms, that might be the problem.

No I’m using Php Feedback form. The problem was that mail chimp was conflicting with my contact form. I used iframe so that the code runs on a different page.
