I am not sure what your second screenshot is supposed to show - that you have applied the action to the table but it doesn’t show in the action palette or that the table was copied from another page/site where it did have the action applied and now it doesn’t?
Either way on the second example with the table selected can you go Item>Actions>PHP Feedback Form and add it? It may also be warth looking (with nothing selected on the page) at Page>Actions>PHP Feedback Form.
This action can be applied as an item action or as a page action.
I should say that the action can be just placed in these folders to get it to be recognised by FW - sometimes quitting and relaunching FW is necessary but often not.
Both Templates and Actions show completely empty. Although I can work actions and templates that I have installed. Wel, except this one at least, as far as I can recall.
I have everything shared and anyways I’m the only user of the computer…
But now I tried the last thing you said, I copied the action in
HD>Library>Application Support>Freeway 5>Actions>
And now it appears where I expect it.
