[Pro] PHP feedback form not sent response when sending

Hello,

The feedback form at the listed page seems to be generating not sent responses and sending the email through creating some confusion with double contacting. I have not been able to duplicate this error, my emails go through and I get the sent response. Before I ditch the response attribute, any comments?

If you send a message, please put ‘Testing’ in the subject line. I would appreciate your results.

Frank H.

Not quite sure I follow what you are saying. Can you expand/clarify.

Why not have separate fields for Name and Phone # if you want to collect them?

You also do not have to use the .php suffix on your page (it can be .html) - all it does is mean that you cannot preview the page within FW (or locally). Unless your Weather widget needs it of course?

Dave,

Thanks for your response, sorry so late to respond myself. The issue was that if you were to send an email the action proceeding informed that the mail was not deliverable. I think I found the problem in that I had an additional action - form verify I think, on the page also, just forgot to delete it. I don’t know what was seen by those that had the error, but now that the additional action is gone perhaps the problem is also.

Thanks again!
