[Pro] PHP Feedback Form question

I am using PHP Feedback Form along with Validate.

My question: is there a way to have a value sent if a checkbox is not checked? Life would be so much easier if it could do that for me.

Hi Larry,
Unfortunately because of then way form data is handled the value of
the checkbox will only get sent if it is checked. I would suggest
changing the checkboxes for either a radio array;

Q1: Do you live on the Moon?
(*) Yes
( ) No

or a standard menu (select list) from the Insert/ Menu/List menu.
