Further to a request a few day back for some help, I am again asking for some help please.
I need to know how to place this carousel into a freeway page. Sorry my code skills are low. the demo/details are here:
For future reference, it’s probably best to just reply to your previous thread which will bump that thread to the top again instead of creating a whole new one. It will help keep a consistent thread about this specific topic instead of having a bunch of threads with loose ends.
Yes, I have purchased the Script and have all the files/documentation in my possession. I would be more than happy to purchase another one on your behalf - if you can help me out. I know - with your experience - it would be a piece of cake.
I have sent the documentation. If I had some kind of workflow for these external scripts for future use, I believe it would be great help to others as well who wish to place 3rd party scripts into freeway.
As always I thank you for your help to myself and others on this forum.
I’m having a problem with this Boutique Carousel. It’s not working on my site, but if I use DeltaDave’s code, it works just fine. I first followed the instructions from the developer and put my code in after the header, with just the relative path to the JS and CSS files. That didn’t work, so I put in the full URL to the files, and it still didn’t work.
So, I put in David’s code from his sample page at http://www.deltadesign.co/boutique_gallery.html and it works. Then I put all the JS and CSS files in identical folders on my site to match David’s set-up and then swapped out my domain for his. It doesn’t work.
The Boutique code works fine, too. I don’t know what I have done differently that is keeping it from working with the JS and CSS files on my own site.
My god, you are right. Even the code and instructions I got from the developer are looking for jquery.boutique_min.js, but the file in the download is called jquery.boutique.min.js. I didn’t notice and uploaded it just the way it was. I will send the developer an email to tell him/her that he/she should fix that for people like me who can’t figure it out on their own!
Thank you so much. Working like a charm now. Sheesh.
