I’m just about to plunge from Pro 4.4.2 to 5. I’m assuming that all my sites created in 4 will work and load in 5? Any any issues I should be aware of?

Don’t throw away your installed copy of Freeway 4 for a little bit.
Version 5 is seriously good, but you might find some issues in a
site that you would rather fix later on. Having Freeway 4 around
means you can do this with original un-Freeway-5 copies of your site.
But do aim to move completely to 5.
