“Could not complete your request because of a program error.”
As I add more pages, I’m seeing this more and more often when I try to Preview or Publish. I’ve upgraded to FWP 5.5.2 which didn’t help. I keep having to remake pages to get rid of the message. It’s happening on pages with and without actions. I’ve tried removing all styles from the text. It seems to be associated with CSS tables.
Would anyone at Softpress be interested in looking at an archive of my site to investigate?
I’ve traced the latest error to a specific JPEG image. Clicking on “Edit” and reducing its width by two pixels in PhotoShop has solved this particular problem. (I suspect that any arbitrary change and save would have done the same.)
So my second question is fairly obvious: can Freeway Pro be improved in the near future to report WHICH element is causing the error? And why do you suppose this image caused a problem in the first page?
