[Pro] Publish Problems

All of a sudden Freeway 5.5 has decided to republish every single page on one of my websites even though I only change 1 or 2 pages. This normally wouldn’t be so bad but it is a 120 page website. When I click to"Publish" the wheel spins for several minutes then gives me this error:

Could not complete the “Publish Site” command because file not found (-43:251:451)

then it adds bullets next to every page and I must hit Publish again to have it publish the site.

This is becoming very time consuming!

Any clues anyone?

Hi Clark

I had a similar problem in 6.08 (without the Publish error).

It may be caused by the Box Sizing Action, (assuming you are using it), which to my knowledge still hasn’t been updated.

If you go to File>Document Setup, click the “Output” tab and turn off “External Style Sheets” that may be a solution (but it may not fix the problem).

Clark,

I know that some actions are causing this kind of issue. Duplicate your Freeway document and begin to deconstruct it bit by bit, checking for the publishing issue to cease. Hopefully you should be able to narrow it down without too much effort. Then, an email to the action developer or Softpress will be in order.
