[Pro] Publishing directory

Hi,

after years of fun with iWeb, NetObjects (NOF), and others finally I have found this very promising software. So - I am new with F. For the begging basic question: is that any way to define publishing directory for the same site assigned to specific pages? E.g. I want to distribute short URLs (like http://www.my.com/see/) instead of long (e.g. http://www.my.com/this_is_for_seeme.html). This feature is available e.g. in NOF and sometime very useful. Structure for publishing directories (including names and assigned pages) it is possible to define in any way.

In the Site pane (left side of the Freeway interface) there is a little cog menu at the bottom. Choose “New Folder” from the options there, and give it the name you like. Drag your_long_file_name.html into that folder (drag under the folder name and to the right, so the folder highlights and emboldens to indicate that it’s the parent of the file) and finally rename that file to index.html (or default.htm if you’re one of the few on a Windows server). If you really want to make a shortened URL alias, you can use a service like http://bit.ly or similar, too.
