[Pro] Quicktime streaming slow

I put a video in my wife’s website. It’s working fine, but it streams really slow for me. I have a wireless broadband connection, so maybe that’s the problem.

The .mov file is about 38MB, so that doesn’t seem too outrageous to me. Just wondering if this loads slow for others too.

Are there any optimal parameters to use when exporting from iMovie to use?

Looks OK here but if you use QT to export then ensure that you have Fast Start selected - not sure if there is an iMovie equivalent.

I re-exported this using different Quicktime settings and it’s streaming much faster for me now.
