[Pro] Real estate website

Hello all,
I am contemplating a new client who needs a real-estate website. I have not attempted this type of site yet and I feel slightly apprehensive.
Can anyone give me some pointers? Maybe a template?
My biggest question is about how to do the MLS feed stuff.

I have a similar question as I may be looking at a real estate site in the near future. PHP Jabbers comes highly recommended, but I’ve never used their stuff personally. I saw this property listing script, but it doesn’t mention anything about connecting with MLS specifically. I know a lot of real estate companies tie in with MLS through an external link. I hope someone with more experience can weigh in on your question!

Still looking for some guidance on building a Real Estate site. Someone who has built one who can give me some pointers would be preferable.
My main question, is the MLS listing just a feed?

Sort of. You have to sign up (and pay monthly) to access it, and you can only do so if you are a Realtor(r). How to Add MLS to My Site | Small Business - Chron.com is a concise overview of the process.

I have a Realtor interested in me building a new website and she has MLS on the old site, but this is uncharted territory so I am not sure of it all.
