[Pro] Responsive CSS Menu

Hey Joe,
So I re-built the CSS Menu and that did not fix it. So now I have removed everything. No animation, silky scroll and all jquery.

Can you have a look at the site now and see if there is an error?

There is still one instance of animate/WOW in (Nicolette Sacco-Brown OD about-container).

Remove this as well.

OK. A last favor perhaps:

Either empty the resources folder and republish or alternative “force” Freeway to publish (CTRL-klick).

Cheers

Ok I tried both. No Go. Could this file be corrupt?

What is bizarre to me is I just built this site which has all kinds of bells and whistles and the responsive menu works fine.

Out of interest, I just compared those scripts (and even took one of mine). They are identical, line by line exactly the same (which doesn’t surprise the pro but surprised me :-).

In all honesty, up to now I’m really overwhelmed and too shorthanded for debugging this.

I even checked the php versions on both servers and the eyecare page even runs a newer one (PHP/5.4.45) than the christmas tree (PHP/5.4.41-pl0-gentoo). But am under the impression that this might be the case.

That’s what I’d do from now:

Creating a new master (or child-page), I’d rebuild a simplified css menu (without big styling stuff) - but mainly outside the web yep functionality. If it works, I’d delete the malice current one, substituting it with the non styled one. Test it again. And so on.

Another test might be, trying the entire page as is on another server.

I know - this sounds a bit helpless but I’m convinced that the experts will answer much more precisely. The lesson of the day might be (for my protocol):

“Testing the menu as early as possible does make sense.”

Cheers

Thomas

Reminds me that I need a christmas tree!

Can you send your file into us at support(a)softpress.com please? Something seems to be causing the script tags at the bottom of the page to output incorrectly. For those that are interested, note the missing closing script tag on this line:

<script src="Resources/fwResponsiveMenus.js”>

Something to pay attention to is as I was zipping up this file I noticed that no resource folder is being created in the folder. Only on the server.
