[Pro] Responsive/open icon problem

I’ve been working on a FW7 template (Esperanto) and have customized part of it, so far, but I have noticed that on iPhone or phone or any tablet in vertical position, the menu does not show the open icon as it was supposed to. At first I though it was because or the open icon color that was too light and I changed, but I compared to the original one and it wasn’t the problem. I compared both CSS menu/responsive settings and they are the same.

What am I doing wrong?

Here’s the link of the page:

And here’s another link with a screenshot of the iphone and Android screen:

Thanks,
Marcus

…by the way, I realized that this also happens in Chrome or Firefox in a desktop machine.

Probably because you are using a psd

…/Resources/menu-1-aluminum.psd’

Use a png, jpeg or gif

And for those that might follow - psd is not a web ready format and should not be used as a background image (which it is when used as the CSS Mobile Menu icon)

FW will convert imported psd files under normal circumstances.

BTW - you might want to look at the image file sizes in your slideshow as some of them are pretty close to 1Mb and very slow to load.

That PSD icon was part of the “Esperanto” template… That’s why I didn’t realize it was the problem.

David, you mean the main slideshow on “home” right?

Yes, they are too heavy. I’ll reduce the size of the images too.

Thanks again,

Marcus

Optimized! I tested on a very slow internet and loaded in 2 seconds.
Thanks, David
