[Pro] Rollover behavior in Safari 5

I designed a simple rollover effect for my nav bar.

Normal: grey background, black text
Mouseover: black background, white text

Works fine in Firefox.

But Safari just shows the normal state on mouseover.

I got some of the links to work after reassembling them again, but am not exactly sure what kind of voodoo I did to them work. :wink:

Any suggestions?

ADDENDUM: I noticed that it works fine in one layer (green outline). Then, when I drag it to another layer (green outline), it no longer works.
