Hello!
I would like to create a rollover that is linked to another page. This rollover needs to link allready just by mouse-over, not by clicking. Is that possible?
I have been trying to find out but couldn’t come to any conclusion.
I would really appreciate an answer,

There was discussion about this very behaviour quite recently and it was pointed out that this is bad web practice.
Just imagine the scenario - you are mousing around a page and suddenly you are whisked away to another page without warning…
You would p**s me right off - never to return!

allright then…
then i have another question:
i have a transparent rollover that i would like to place on top of another rollover.
but so far when i do it, it stops the bottom rollover from working
is there a way?

i want to have a transparent menu-bar at a certain point so the user can concentrate on the other stuff.
but as soon as you go over it with the mouse the whole menu bar should not be transparent anymore.
in the menu bar there are roll-overs.
and i tried to put a big rollover over the whole menu, which makes it transparent and when you go over it it appears again - the problem is then the rollovers in the menu do not work anymore

How have you created your menu bar - is it a layer?
You could use Transition FX on a semi-opaque layer over your menu that when moused over disappears.
