[Pro] Scheduling an Upload

Is there a way to schedule an FTP upload, there does not appear to be an option to do so within Freeway Pro.

I like to upload my sites after midnight when people are less likely to be accessing the website.

Any ideas!

Not from within FW itself - you would have to use a 3rd party app for this or maybe an applescript?

There are certainly apps for Windoze but not sure of any Mac apps for this.

You could just stay up late!

You could set up an rsync script, and then set a cron task to automate it. I have done this to back up servers in the past. There are lots of examples on the net if you search ‘cron and rsync’.
